At JDL Innovative Solutions, Dr. Jan Daniel Lancaster’s mission is to assist educators in leading each child to reach his/her fullest potential in a nurturing, loving atmosphere. Supporting educators in a collaborative setting, utilizing data-driven strategies, and cultivating the best practices among colleagues are the tools that develop a school culture where improvement is ongoing and sustainable.
Meet Dr. Lancaster
Dr. Jan Daniel Lancaster,
Founder and CEO
Developing a strong professional relationship with each client and working together to strategically implement the best practices is the heart of Dr. Lancaster’s work. Having served as teacher, administrator, professor, college chair, and superintendent, Dr. Lancaster has the knowledge and expertise to evaluate educational challenges and implement successful, efficient, and relevant data-driven solutions.
Dr. Lancaster has an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Education, a master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of New Orleans, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Memphis.
Professionally, Dr. Lancaster has served as teacher and head of school in both public and private settings, college professor and chair, and most recently, Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Archdiocese of New Orleans.
Fueled by her passion for education, Dr. Lancaster has begun traveling the nation sharing her knowledge of running school districts, schools, and classrooms with administrators and educators. Presenting on an array of topics, Dr. Lancaster has worked with educators in Louisiana, Chicago, Colorado, St. Louis and even California to deliver high quality, educational, and entertaining coaching programs, presentations, and workshops. With her many years of quality experience, Dr. Lancaster can help implement sustainable change in any educational setting
